1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ck233.lat website and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.
• "ck233" means the organization that operates this platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of funds currently held in your account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional funds granted by ck233 that are withdrawable only after specific conditions have been met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use services at ck233, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must have an active mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all the above conditions and agree to this complete Agreement.

3 Account Verification and Security

ck233 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment information at any time. This process is carried out to maintain the security of your account and the overall integrity of the platform.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (where applicable)

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• ck233 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted methods for deposits at ck233 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• ck233 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or mobile operator may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit (to an account under the same ownership).
• Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Restrictions on withdrawing real funds may apply if there is an active bonus or incomplete wagering requirement.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ck233 can enjoy a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, starting with a total of ৳3,000.
• Depositing ৳6,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only the original bet amount counts toward wagering — winnings are not counted separately.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will have its own terms and conditions — read them in full before accepting an offer.
• ck233 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• More than one welcome bonus cannot be used at the same time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

ck233 provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services. The following rules apply to the use of these services:

• Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• ck233 reserves the right to review the outcome of any bet or game completed unintentionally due to a technical error.
• The rules of the game operator (game provider) also apply. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• ck233 will not be responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection or device shutdown.
• ck233 reserves the right to void related transactions if suspicious betting patterns or evidence of manipulation are found.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, football and kabaddi.
• Odds on betting markets may change at any time. The odds in place at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ck233's policy.

7 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck233, and if such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in the same person's name or from the same device or IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, and similar practices.
• Fraud and Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using an account as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes or using automated software ("bots").
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using an account not registered in your own name.
• Abusive Behaviour: Treating support staff in a disrespectful manner, making threats or using offensive language.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• All data transmission is secured by SSL encryption.
• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed where required by law or upon request by authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

• You have the option to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Bets placed based on incorrect odds or balances displayed automatically due to a technical error.
• Service disruption caused by any unexpected or unavoidable event ("Force Majeure").
• Financial loss from gaming — gaming always carries risk; only play within your means.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ck233

ck233 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or manipulation.
• Registration using a false identity or age.
• Compliance with legal directives from the authorities.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

ck233 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice in their account. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms and conditions.
